Discover the art of creating traditional pasta dishes with our Chef Floriana, a true Roman who has cultivated her culinary passion by following the secrets passed down from her grandmother in the traditional production of pasta.
During your pasta class, you will learn to prepare ravioli and tortelloni, and at the end, you will be the protagonist of your dinner. The 4-course menu will include two first courses prepared by you, an appetizer, and the inevitable tiramisù.
