The staff were extremely helpful and professional but made us feel so welcome and comfortable. The hotel was spotless and cleaned every day, it was excellent. The rooftop was an added bonus and location just perfect.

Everything of a high standard, the facility, the services, the furnishings, but the real asset of this hotel is the staff. Excellent, superlative, very professional, but also warm and empathetic. The qualities of the staff allow one to feel at home while in a truly luxurious environment. Special mention in particular to the female staff, without detracting from the male staff. Truly an excellent team!
The location is perfect. Very central to everything. The staff at this hotel is incredible . Claudia at the front desk was lovely. We felt they went out of their way to help and make us feel welcomed. Best martini my husband has had in a long time . Really great bartenders . We love this hotel.
The entire service was very nice and competent! I would especially like to emphasize the bar staff! I felt very comfortable! I also really enjoyed the large balcony!

Every member of staff we saw was very friendly and always smiling, as well as really helpful when we asked for/about things. The coffee machine in the room was a very nice touch, and the breakfast was fantastic. The range of cocktails was very good.

Very friendly helpful staff, very nicely presented and furnished room and incredibly clean too. Great attention to detail with choice of pillow firmness, supply of robes, slippers and toiletries even cotton buds etc! Everything felt new! Brilliant location!
Honestly, everyone was so nice and helpful. The breakfast was full of choice and we loved the fresh fruit and fruit juices. We had a free upgrade and bottle of bubbly for us on arrival as it was a special birthday - went above and beyond! Thank you!

We were impressed by the outstanding service quality. rooms perfectly prepared each day, all staff very friendly and supportive, nice bar and restaurant, with excellent drinks and food.
The service at reception from Claudia and in the cafeteria from the Brazilian Eliane made our experience much better. The breakfast was perfect and the room very comfortable, although the acoustics weren't great. We loved staying here.

The location of this hotel is incredible, Piazza Navona and all of its activity is truly only steps away but the hotel itself is quiet, the best of both worlds. Staff was kind and helpful, going so far as to make a reservation for us on the night we arrived , small bar on site had good cocktails, a welcome change from wine. We walked nearly every where by choice, even the Colosseum which was 25 min walking but exploring the labyrinth of streets was a part of the fun. Would absolutely stay here again.
A hotel I would like to stay at again if I come to Rome. The location is really good (you can walk to major tourist attractions within 30 minutes), there are many shops nearby, and it is relatively safe until late at night. The staff is very friendly. There are also many good restaurants nearby.

Although this hotel is rated at 4 stars, I would rate it 5 stars. We over it. It had a modern vibe, and the spotless rooms were well appointed. The staff was wonderful & very professional. Situated near the Piazza Navona, the hotel was within easy walking distance of shopping, restaurants, & sighs. I’ve been to Rome numerous times & stayed at 5 star hotels. The Palazzo Navona was nicer & far greater value.

Exceeded our expectations. This hotel was beautiful, conveniently located, clean, well decorated and full of friendly accommodating staff. The front lobby staff speak English and were so friendly! We felt so welcomed and the rooms were very clean and spacious for being in Roma. The rooftop bar is outstanding. Worth making a visit- the views and ambiance ate stunning. We will certainly be back again- loved our visit!

Staff were very helpful. Rooms were adequate and breakfast was good. It's a great location to be able to walk to restaurants near Piazza Navone. There were 6 of us and we appreciated the convenience.
The hotel has a great location (it is near Piazza Navona and has many amenities nearby). Each time I had the pleasure of staying there, I could see the exceptional attention to detail and cleanliness that characterizes the entire facility. The staff was always extremely friendly, professional and ready to help in any situation, which made my stay very pleasant and comfortable. The breakfasts deserve praise: they are varied and tasty. All in all, this hotel has become my safe point of reference in Rome, a place where I know I can count on good service, a welcoming environment and an atmosphere of genuine hospitality. Loved our stay! Don’t know about regular rooms but the family suite was very nice! Great location, good service, great bartender at the roof top, makes amazing drinks gin fizz was the best I ever had! We will definitely stay there again. Kid-friendly, we can’t wait to go back!
